librefdb-perlmod-perl software package provides RefDB-perlmod module for perl, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install librefdb-perlmod-perl
librefdb-perlmod-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the librefdb-perlmod-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep librefdb-perlmod-perl *
You will get with librefdb-perlmod-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
